Making a purchase could not be easier. Simply browse our online shop and add any bouquets or gifts you wish to purchase to your shopping basket. Once you have finished your selection, click the checkout button and you will be asked to provide the details required to complete your order.

We accept most debit and credit card payments. If you are shopping from outside the UK, your card provider will convert the transaction into your local currency.

We accept Visa, Mastercard, Apple Pay and Google Pay. You may also order and pay for flowers over the telephone.

Orders cancelled online or by telephone may be subject to a cancellation fee.

When confirmation of order is received, this indicates we have received your order. It does not indicate that a contract exists between us. A contract between us is formed once payment has been processed. This protects us in the event of pricing errors, accidental under-pricing, or if a product is no longer available. If pricing changes are required, we will always contact you first.

Orders with a specified delivery date will be delivered on that day, provided the order is placed before the stated cut-off time.
Orders placed for delivery on public holidays will be delivered on the next working day.
Online deliveries are available within the UK only. To send flowers overseas, please telephone us.

Timed deliveries are not available, except for funeral tributes.

Please telephone for emergency orders.

If you require specific flowers, please telephone at least 48 hours before the delivery date.

Orders are delivered once. If the recipient is not home, flowers or plants will be returned and a calling card will be left. If a neighbour is willing to accept responsibility, we may leave the delivery with them. If the recipient cannot collect their flowers or plants, a new delivery date will be arranged.

Rosy & Ribbon Florist is not responsible for theft or damage if items are left at the delivery location.

We take great care to ensure freshness and quality at all times.

All orders include VAT at the current rate of 20%.

Credit Card Security
When orders are placed through our website, card details are encrypted using 256-bit encryption. Card details are only decrypted once received securely and are not stored in plain text on any website.

Refunds and Returns Policy

Refunds may occasionally be given at the discretion of management. Due to the perishable nature of our products, any complaints must be made within 1 working day of delivery. We will always aim to resolve issues with either a replacement or refund, depending on the circumstances.
