We currently offer local next day delivery covering Kingston-Upon-Hull and parts of the East Riding of Yorkshire with charges starting from £3.50. Please order before 6pm.
We currently do not offer delivery to HU18 and HU19 postcodes.
Please note there are many factors involved in preparing your delivery such as waiting for daily stock to arrive, conditioning the flowers so they are at their best upon delivery and circumstances that present themselves which are out of my control such as traffic conditions etc and of course I'm sure you'll understand funeral tribute deliveries must take priority. My aim is to have all floral deliveries arriving with the recipient late morning/early afternoon on the agreed date and with the best efforts made this cannot always be guaranteed.
Not Home? Knocking on someone's door and seeing their reaction will always be one of my favourite parts of the job and with the best of intentions neither you or I can guarantee they will be home for that moment. So, what do we do if there's no answer? If you've given us a safe and suitable place to leave the flowers this will be done with your permission alternatively, we will try the closest neighbours and failing that they will be returned to the Studio. Whichever the situation a note will be placed through the door of the recipient letting them know they have a missed delivery and communication will be maintained with you, the customer, so please make sure we have your Name and contact number.
